I am a Retired (since 2010) Local Government Principal Officer with Diplomas and Chartered Institute of Governance. I was Married for 39 years until my Wife passed away in 2020. We have 3 grown up Children a Daughter and Two Sons in their early forties. We have 10 Grandchildren. I am seeking for rent an En-Suite furnished single or double bedroom in a house share in the Radcliffe, Bolton or Bury Areas. Essentials Non- Smoking Properties only, All Bills to be included in the Rent, Monthly payment of the Rent, Parking if possible and close to a bus route. WiFi for a TV is a must as I watch Football and Movies and use my Apple I-Phone that needs internet. I like gardening so a Garden would be nice.
