Friendly professional looking for a room

I’m a marketing professional looking for a clean and comfortable room, with a budget of up to £800 pcm.

I work in the office Monday to Friday, so I’m generally out during the day. I’m quiet and chilled at home, but also friendly and sociable. I’m very tidy and clean, and I’m looking for a household where everyone has a similar attitude towards keeping shared spaces clean.

Ideally, I’d like to live in a peaceful, relaxed and LGBTQ+ friendly professional household, sharing with people roughly between 35 and 55, although I’m flexible if it feels like the right fit.

Location is very important to me, as I need to be within easy reach of Manchester Science Park / M15, so somewhere around would be ideal.

I’m respectful of other people’s space and privacy, but I’m also happy to have a chat or spend some time together when it feels natural.
