Social, tidy professional looking for a SW London

Hey, I’m Dan, 29, and I’m looking for a furnished room in SW London from mid-June / early July.

Ideal areas are Clapham Junction, Battersea, Wandsworth, Clapham, Balham, Stockwell, Oval, Brixton, Putney or Wimbledon, but I’m open nearby for the right place.

Budget is around £1,300 including bills for the right home.

I’m looking for a clean, social-but-chilled flat or house share. Somewhere people chat in the kitchen, go for the odd pub/dinner, maybe do a house dinner, but also respect each other’s space.

A bit about me: I work in veterinary software as a Product Manager, used to be a chef, travel a fair bit, climb/gym, and generally like being around people who are easy-going and up for doing things.

I’m tidy, respectful, friendly, and looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just people silently renting rooms.

Ideally looking for:

- Space for a desk
- Friendly/social housemates
- Clean shared spaces
- Decent bathroom setup
