Looking for a new place mid-July!

Hi! I’m 26 and work full-time in a role that’s mostly remote (though I tend to keep to my bedroom during the day so I don’t disturb anyone else). I moved to Edinburgh two years ago for my master’s and ended up staying as I’ve really loved living here. I’m currently looking for a new flat as my current flatmate is moving out of the country, and I’d also like to try living in a different part of the city.
I’m tidy and considerate, and happy to fit into whatever dynamic the flat already has, whether that’s a cleaning rota or a more relaxed clean as you go approach. I’m non-smoking (and would need a non-smoking flat due to mild asthma), and I’m unfortunately allergic to cats, but dogs are more than fine (I love dogs!).
I’m looking for somewhere long-term rather than a short let, and I’m available to move in from the 13th July. My preferred areas are New Town, Stockbridge, or possibly Leith, but I’m open to the right place.
I’d love to find a comfortable, friendly flat where everyone respects each other’s space but also enjoys a good chat now and then :)
