Room wanted

Hi everyone! I’m Margherita, 28, and I’m currently looking for a new home after my long-term house share is sadly coming to an end, as our landlord is selling the property after 6 years.
I’m looking for a double room, ideally up to £850 bills included, in the areas I’ve selected (mainly north London - Finsbury Park - Manor House - Turnpike Lane - Wood Green).

I’ve been living in London for over 8 years and I’m very experienced with house sharing, so I really value a calm, friendly and respectful home environment.

I am office-based Monday–Friday, but outside of work I’m definitely more of a creative person at heart! In my free time I enjoy yoga, running, crocheting, painting, and catching up with friends. I’m usually quite busy during the week, but I also love the occasional pub trip, shared dinner, or just having a nice chat around the house.
I’d describe myself as tidy, clean, considerate, and respectful of people’s space. I genuinely enjoy creating a warm and comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
