Hello! We are a clean, friendly, and reliable couple looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat along the coast. Alongside us is our incredibly well-behaved, fully house-trained baby sausage dog, who is quiet, gentle, and very easy to live with.

Having spent the last six months travelling, we are settled back in the UK and eager to move into a long-term home as soon as possible.

Stable Income: I work consistently as secondary school agency staff, with guaranteed work contracted straight through to February 2027. My partner is currently looking for local opportunities while pursuing his passion as a musician.

UK Home & Business Owner Guarantor: To offer total peace of mind and complete financial security, we have full backing from our UK-based guarantor, who is an established business owner and property owner.

Upfront Rent Ready: We are fully prepared to pay our security deposit plus two months’ rent upfront to ensure a smooth and seamless move-in process.
