Looking for a nice place around London Bridge

Hi! I'm looking for a room around London Bridge/Borough from 5th July. Budget is up to £1,300/month with council tax included ideally.
A bit about me: I studied at King's College London and graduated last July. I've spent the past year working in reinsurance where I have been travelling a lot but have just landed a new role in finance and am making the move back to London properly.

I'm active and outdoorsy, gym, Pilates, walking, exploring new spots, but just as happy having a quiet one at home. Id say I'm relaxed and easy-going, always up for an adventure but someone who genuinely respects your space and peace. I'm not the type to be in your face and I value a good home dynamic where everyone’s
comfortable.

Keeping the place clean and tidy is important to me and I'd love to find somewhere we can all genuinely call home.
Somewhere with a good vibe where everyone looks after the space and each other.
Ideally looking for a friendly flatmate or two who are working professionals and keep a clean, chilled space. London Bridge is the ideal location but Borough, Bermondsey, or nearby all work too.
