Looking for part time accommodation

Hello, I'm Sara. I'm starting a Fine Art BA at Bath Spa in September. I live in Bridport and am planning to spend time between Bath and my home while I study, so I'm looking for a safe base rather than full time accommodation.
Ideally I'd like somewhere dog friendly as I have a 12 year old lurcher who is part of the family - he is gentle, well trained and well loved, great with people. He may not always be with me but I'd like to have the option if possible.
I'm a friendly sociable person but also value my own space and privacy.
It would be great to find the right place, in a commutable distance to Locksbrook Campus/Oldfield Park station. My hobbies include gardening, theatre, music, gigs, art and I love space and light and being outdoors.
I'm looking for somewhere I can get to know a bit before September, so if there is any flexibility it would be great to discuss further.
