Hi, I’m Fran — I’ll be starting Adult Nursing at King’s College London this September while also running my aesthetics business alongside my studies.

I’m currently looking for a calm, clean and friendly house share from around September/October onwards, ideally with good connections to London Bridge. My budget is around £1,200pcm, although I can be flexible for the right place.

A little about me - I’m very tidy, respectful and quite a quiet/homebody type when I’m not studying or working. I’m definitely not a party person and don’t drink much. I love creating a cosy, peaceful home environment and would ideally love to live with girls who are similar - focused, kind, ambitious and easy to live with.

Outside of work and university, I enjoy exercise, beauty, coffee shops, nice restaurants, shopping, travel and generally making my space feel pretty and comfortable. I’d love somewhere that feels more like a home than just a room rental.

I’ll likely be out quite a lot between university placements, studying and work, so I’m very independent and busy. I’d also be very open to arranging a cleaner every couple of weeks to keep shared spaces nice for everyone.

I also have a gorgeous indoor Scottish Fold boy cat who I’d ideally love to bring with me if pets are allowed, although I’m flexible if not 🤍

I do currently drive as well, so parking or a garage space would be a huge bonus, although it’s not essential.

Ideally I’d love:
• A good connection to London Bridge
• A calm and respectful household
• Preferably girls/professionals/postgrads/ medic students
• A garden, terrace or lots of natural light would be a bonus
• An unfurnished room if possible, as I already own furniture

I’d also genuinely love to make some new friends through the move, so I’m hoping to find people with a similar lifestyle and energy.
