I need somewhere private, not shared, to sle...

I need somewhere private, not shared, to sleep, prepare meals and do laundry (plus WiFi so I can work late at night). My home is Scotland and I start a new job in Stafford in June. I'd like 7-day accommodation but won't be there at weekends. I'd prefer, if possible, no contract; I'd also prefer all bills included. I'm happy to pay two months up front and pay each month thereafter, hence, I am always two months in credit.
