Hi, I am a postgraduate student at Heriot-Watt University looking for accommodation in Edinburgh. I am open to different areas and do not need to live right next to the campus, as long as transport is convenient. I have lived in EH7 for over half a year and know the area well, so I would be very happy to find a suitable place around EH7, Leith Walk, Elm Row, or the city centre. I am quiet, clean, respectful, a non-smoker, and I do not have pets. I am looking for a furnished one-bedroom flat ideally around £850 per month, or a room in a shared flat around £600 per month.
