Looking for House/Flatmate to Find Place Together

Hey, I'm Leon. I'm not particularly interested in joining an existing house share of several strangers or a live in landlord, but it's clear sharing a property is cheaper.

I'm looking to find 1, maybe 2 people to "buddy-up" and find a place that works, split rent/bills.

I'd ideally live either close to the train station or thorpe st Andrew but that's not a must have. I'm open to socialising but we also don't have to be bezzie mates.
