27F | Clean, Quiet & Respectful | Long-Term Stay

I'm a 27-year-old woman from South Korea, currently in London on a YMS (Working Holiday) visa and planning to stay in the UK for around two years. As this will be my first home in London, I'm looking for a comfortable and stable place where I can stay for at least six months or longer.

I'm a non-smoker, clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I've lived with housemates before and always make an effort to be considerate and easy to live with.

I recently arrived in the UK and am currently arranging my accommodation before starting work. I have sufficient savings to comfortably cover my rent and living expenses during this period, so affordability won't be an issue.

I'm available to view the room between 31 May and 8 June and would ideally like to move in around 8 June.
