35 year old Civil Servant looking for room

Hi! I’m a mid-30s professional working in the Civil Service, looking for a calm, clean and respectful house share in the Croydon area or somewhere with good transport links (Clapham Junction or Balham).

I work from home most days a week so a peaceful home environment is super important to me. I’m very considerate, tidy, emotionally mature, and looking for a similar vibe in a household.

A few things important to me:

- Quiet/respectful environment
- Good transport links into London
- Good storage space
- Friendly but independent housemates
- No loud parties or overnight guests

Outside of work I’m into fitness, walking, travel, pilates and generally keeping a calm lifestyle. I'm sociable but definitely an early bird so I'm well past the "being out all night" phase.

My budget is around £750–£900 depending on the room/location.
