35 year old Civil Servant looking for room

Hi! I’m a mid-30s professional working in the Civil Service, looking for a calm, clean and respectful house share in the Croydon/surrounding area.

I work a hybrid schedule and value a peaceful home environment, especially as I work from home some days. I’m very considerate, tidy, emotionally mature, and looking for a similar vibe in a household.

A few things important to me:

- Quiet/respectful environment
- Good transport links into London
- Good storage space
- Friendly but independent housemates
- Ideally no loud parties or constant overnight guests

Outside of work I’m into fitness, walking, travel, wellness and generally keeping a calm lifestyle. I’m sociable and friendly, but definitely past the chaotic house-share phase.

Budget: around £750–£900 depending on the room/location.
