Looking for a sociable house in SE

ROOM WANTED | Southwark, London | £1,050 pcm (everything included) | Move in: next two months

Hey! I’m Kira (28). I’m looking for a double room in London – preferably Southwark but open to other locations. I lived in East Dulwich before and really loved the area. I’m looking to stay put for at least a year and would be aiming to move out in the next couple of months but can be flexible.

I work full-time in philanthropy for a charity in Brixton. I prefer being in the office and work from home no more than two days a week.

Outside work, I enjoy socialising (more pubs than parties), reading, swimming and thrifting. I’ve been trying to make the most of brockwell lido while we have the nice weather.

As a housemate, I’m happy doing my own thing but I’d also be up for an occasional shared dinner or house pub trip. I’m clean, tidy and considerate of shared spaces/ people’s privacy. Happy to contribute equally to chores and household essentials. I’m not the biggest cook so I won’t take up much space in the kitchen.

I think a warm and open house would be ideal, where people can communicate openly. Beyond that, I don’t think I’m too fussy.
