Friendly student looking for a room in Edinburgh

Hi, my name is Sarjjana. As a student at Heriot-Watt University, I’m looking for a furnished room in Edinburgh from 1 August 2026. My budget is around £300–£450 per month, ideally with bills included.

A tidy, respectful, and friendly home would be ideal. I don’t smoke or have pets, and the room would be needed 7 days a week for around 1–2 years.

Male or female flatmates are both fine, whether students or professionals. Smoking or different lifestyles are not a problem, as long as the home is friendly, respectful, and comfortable for everyone.
