Seeking Room / Buddy Up (June 12)

I am a clean, quiet, and reliable professional moving to London for a 3-month corporate internship at Bloomberg starting this June. I’m looking to secure a tidy, furnished room (ideally with a desk) or team up with 1 or 2 others for a Buddy Up.
As a flatmate I am very clean, and especially ensure shares spaces remain very clean (for example I don't leave dishes in the sink and always clean up immediately after cooking). During the week I will be spending most of my time either at the office or working at home, meaning I'll have little to no impact. And finally I don't smoke, have no pets, and believe in open communication about shared bills or chores
I'm looking for s well-maintained single or double room in a flatshare, or an empty 2-3 bed property to rent as a new group.
Budget: Up to £850–£900 pcm (including bills).
Timeline: June 12, 2026 move in date (for a 3-month short-term stay).
Location: Areas with a direct, fast commute to Bank/Monument station under 20-25 minutes. My top target search zones are Islington/Angel, Mile End, Bethnal Green, Stratford, Clapham, or Bermondsey.
