Looking for a room to rent :)

Hi all,

my name is Pauline and I am looking for a room in a shared flat in Belfast from August/September on as I have been accepted as a funded PhD student at Ulster University (Applied Social and Policy Sciences).
Since I've started studying I have always lived in shared flats and I would very much like to continue to do so, especially as I don't know anybody in Belfast so far. I would consider myself a very tidy and organised person, also, my party days are long gone. I am looking for a living environment where everybody is respectful, considerate and friendly and open for communal activities from time to time (if you are comfortable with that, obviously) :)
In my free time, I like to go running (athletics) and going to the gym; I enjoy reading and socializing with friends, exploring new cafes or restaurants (any recommendations are very welcome!) and cooking and baking. (I am originally from Austria and the Austrian cuisine does have a lot of fine pastries to offer, let me tell you that ;))
