Quiet, tidy professional, 27, seeking room in July

Hi! I’m Josh, I’m 27 and based in Birmingham. I work long hours and tend to keep myself to myself so would be a quiet and low-maintenance housemate. I’m clean, tidy, easy-going and friendly.

I’m looking for a cosy house share from the beginning of July. Ideally in the Jewellery Quarter or nearby, but I’m open to other city centre locations and south Birmingham.

My budget is about £700 a month, though I’d stretch further for an ensuite room. Parking and bills included is a must.
