Looking for a long term flatshare

Hello potential flatmate,

I am Ivana, looking for a friendly and calm place to share with a like minded person. My children have grown up and left - and I am needing to downsize - looking for somewhere to settle, a new home. I am used to sharing but also like my own space. Hoping for a respectful flatmate who has their own life but is also interested to connect; and who is committed to working things out when difficulties arise.

I am self employed (a counsellor), partially working from home so I need a good wi-fi and a quiet space. I am vegetarian and cook rather than eat out. Having lived in East Finchley for the past 27 years I would prefer to stay here or nearby. I have a black male 8-year-old cat who has never been outside (but he is interested).

When not working, I enjoy spending time in nature - on my own or with friends, cycling, dancing, and exploring. I am also interested in the rich art and culture scene that London has to offer. My passion for the environment and sustainability finds expression in my volunteering. I love looking after our community compost.

Ideal move-in date is at some point in July.
