Short let from September 2026-February 2027

Hi everyone!
My name is Valeria, I’m Italian and I’ll be spending a period abroad for work at University of Surrey.
For this reason, I’m looking for accommodation in Guildford from September until the end of February.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place:

- within max 20 minutes walking distance from the university, or around 10 minutes by frequent bus;
- close to a gym (preferably within 10 minutes walking distance);
- with a private bathroom, or at least with a good number of bathrooms to ensure a comfortable and harmonious shared living situation;
- with a bedroom that includes a desk and chair, since I’ll sometimes need to work/study from home.
- I would also love to live with friendly and social people and have a nice atmosphere at home.
