27Y/O Property Professional

Hi! I’m Nina, 27, currently working full-time as a Property Manager. I’m looking for a long-term room from around 28th June onwards, ideally for 1 year+ while I continue saving towards eventually getting my own place.

I’m friendly, bubbly, tidy, and very considerate of the people I live with. I love a calm, comfortable home environment and I’m definitely more of a cosy night in person than a party housemate. I enjoy socialising and getting out and about, but I also really value my own space and downtime too.

Outside of work, I loan a horse two days a week which keeps me busy, and I also have my own car. I occasionally work from home one day a week, although it’s not essential.

Working in property means I’m naturally proactive, respectful of shared spaces, and always happy to help out where needed. I’m very reliable with rent/bills and genuinely looking for somewhere that feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’d also love to live with people who are friendly and sociable - the kind of house where everyone respects each other’s space but also enjoys the occasional pub trip, meal out, movie night, or catch-up together.
