UB9 Renting

Starting a new job in UB9 mid July in Finance. I am keen to find somewhere within the next 2 weeks, latest move in date end of June and would need to rent for a year. Good transport links nearby into Central London please. Bills included.

I would prefer a calmer and respectful environment as I am often working in my room in the evenings, but I also believe solid communication goes a long way and keeps all happy! I am clean, quieter to live with but a kind person. Tenants on the fewer side is also preferred.

I have been renting in Wimbledon this past year with a good landlord - tenant relationship. It was a lodger agreement. Previously I worked in the UAE for 2 years so always open minded to other cultures or any experiences you'd like to share.

My favourite current hobby is tennis. I do not smoke, nor have pets. I don't have guests over as I rather see my friends outside. Oh, and the cute little girl in my profile picture is not my daughter:)
