I'm a musician and music teacher searching for a flat asap. I want to fill my schedule with viewings.

I enjoy listening to music, talking about history and philosophy and eating good food. I do capoeira, play lots of instruments and know lots of interesting things.

I value cleanliness and respectful communication, I'll always seek to make a peaceful home.

I teach Tuesday to Thursday, and I have rehearsals, sessions and gigs throughout the week. I'm sometimes away lots, coming and going at unconventional hours.

I sometimes need to have a lesson or session at home; I keep these small, communicate in advance and want to work with your needs. Same situation with having friends over to cook a meal or hang about.
