Hi everyone! My name is Kate and I’m looking for a room or buddy-up for July 1 (Flexible for the right spot)
A bit about me: I’m 27, Canadian and new to London! I’m super social and equally down for a cozy night in or a fun night out. I love hot girl walks, workout classes, travel, reading and exploring new bars/restaurants. I’ll be working full-time for a family office with a hybrid schedule (2 days WFH). Flat-mate wise, I am super clean!
What I’m looking for: I’d like to live with 3 other people max. I’m flexible on neighborhood but would like to be able to get to Bond Street in 45 minutes or less. Some possible neighborhoods I’m keen on are Clapham, Angel, Shoreditch, Islington and Fulham. My budget is 1200 excluding bills (Flexible).
