Female Looking for a Comfortable Ensuite Room

Hi! I’m a 20-year-old female engineering student looking for an ensuite single or double room. I’m available to move in from mid-July or the beginning of August, and my budget is around £700 pcm including bills.

I would prefer to share with mature, clean, and respectful female flatmates, ideally aged 20+. My priority is finding a calm, clean, and comfortable home where everyone respects privacy and keeps shared spaces tidy.

I’m friendly, respectful, very organised, and easy to live with. I’d also love to have a good relationship with my flatmates and help make living together as smooth and enjoyable as possible for everyone.
