A Room for peace and growth

Hi there. I'm Varsh, a 25-year-old student at Middlesex University graduating next month. I am currently living in university accommodation at Platt Halls, but my contract is ending soon, and I am looking for a clean, stable, and friendly house share to transition into for the long term as I move onto my Graduate Visa.
Alongside my studies, I have a reliable and steady income to ensure rent and bills are always paid strictly on time.
I am a very respectful, tidy, and quiet flatmate who values a peaceful environment. In my spare time, I love hitting the gym for weight training and working on music production/film scoring (always using headphones, so no noise issues!).
I'm looking for a single/double room in the Hendon (NW4) or Colindale (NW9) areas, ideally within walking distance to the university and local amenities. My budget is around £550 - £650 pcm with bills included.
