I am in the process of selling my flat and buying in Winchester. The process is being slowed down, as the flat I am buying in rented out, and the notice has lengthened to 4 months with the new renters legislation.
It would help my buying chain hugely if I could complete my sale first, which is why I'm looking for something over the summer.
