House share wanted, move in ASAP

please don’t let my age put you off, i am 20 years old, don’t party or come in and out at all hours, i work full time in early years education, just looking to leave my family home for a bit of independence :) i would prefer a double room- although it will just be me, i prefer a bit of space, an en suite is a plus and a kitchenette/ fridge space would be absolutely ideal. however due to being an underpaid keyworker 😅 i’m not looking to keep the overall rent around £700-800pcm
