Working professional looking for a room

Working professional looking for a room to rent from the end of August/September. I’m looking for a minimum stay of 6 months, potentially up to a year. I’m quiet, respectful, and tend to spend most of my time either at work, at the gym, or relaxing in my room reading a book or watching series.

My preference would be a furnished room with an en-suite, although I’m open to considering other options as well. I also have a car, so parking is essential.
