Postgraduate student looking for house share

Hi I’m Tom, I’m going into postgrad teacher training at John moores. I’ve just finished my undergrad in history and politics at uni of Liverpool and currently live in smithdown. As a result it would be great to stay in a house or flat around the Smithdown/wavertree area but I’m not massively fussy about the place. I’m looking for people around my age who are sociable, like going to the pub, enjoy conversation and like to have a laugh. I’m very tidy, outgoing and willing to get along with anyone. I’m really into my climbing, guitar and running to list a few interests as well.
