No Shared Accommodation

Hi, I know this is Spare Room but Im reaching out to any genuine Landlords in the West Midlands.. Im looking for a 2 bed unfurnished private rent long term for my 7 year old daughter and myself. If you want a trustworthy clean tenant for a long term let in Quinton or Harbourne I'm your Woman. My daughter is very well behaved and understands respectful behaviour for neighbours. So no noisy K-Pop parties happening. I am receipt of UC and Housing Benefit but don't worry, we have not got the plauge. Sadly a great deal of Landlords/Estate Agents panic as soon as they hear LHA/UC/DSS like it's a disease... Hence why I'm advertising here. A2. Please break the steryotype that all benefit claimers are bad... Trust me, If I had a choice I would not be on it. I want to get back into my Security Career and teach my daughter good work ethic... Like I used to work the 14 hour nightshifts before I became a Mother. Best job in the world is being a Parent but current cirmumstances mean I cannot go to work until my daughter is better with her health.. I am looking to move closer to family in Quinton but will accept Harbourne propeties too. Rent get paid directly to the landlord as Housing Element of UC and I pay any excess if its a reasonable price. I won't be unreliable as I have a wee girl relying on me to set the best example, so will you help me secure a nice safe home for her please? Kindest Regards, Emma
