Friendly Professional (25) Seeking Room

Hi There!

My name's Iestyn, I'm a 25-year-old from North Wales who's starting a new teaching job in London in September, and looking for a room in the SW6/Fulham area.

I'm sociable, talkative and fun. I enjoy getting out-and-about, and am pretty much up for any new experience or getting to meet new people. I enjoy reading, writing and going out to watch films/theatre/comedy shows. I enjoy keeping myself busy. I'm thinking of joining a badminton or bouldering club, if you'd have any recommendations.

I currently live in a house share so I'm well-versed in respecting people's boundaries and privacy. I'm neat and tidy, and I've been told that I smell like clean laundry (if that's a selling point?). I'm reliable and always stick to plans. I'm a non-smoker, and I enjoy going out to pubs and bars with a group of good people.

During the week I will likely be working between 7:00am and 5:00pm but this can vary owing to being-a-teacher. Sometimes work carries into the weekend, but I never let this impact my social life or anything pre-planned.
