Young Professional - Room in Sutton + Surrounding

Hi!

I am ideally looking for a room in Sutton or the surrounding areas and would be particularly interested in living with young professionals or people of a similar age. I am hoping to move in between mid and late July, although I can be flexible and move earlier if required. My latest move-in date would be 25 July 2026.

A little more information about me:

I am currently a student at the University of Bath and will be undertaking a year-long industrial placement at the Royal Marsden Hospital and the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) in Sutton. During the placement I will be working full-time, so I will generally be out of the house during normal working hours throughout the week.

Before starting university, I took two gap years during which I worked, lived independently, and travelled. These experiences helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and independence, and I am well accustomed to living considerately with others.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and easy-going, and I’m looking for a relaxed and friendly house share. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, travelling, pub trips, music, and events.

I’m sociable and always happy to chat or do something together as a house, but I can also appreciate a calm and routine environment during the week.
