ISO quiet clean home with working professionals

Hello! My names Anna and I am a 32 year old working professional. I work from home one day a week and commute to the city center for a typical 9-5 job. I don’t really mind long commutes for the right place. In my free time I enjoy cooking, I clean up after myself, spend time with friends outside the flat, and do sewing projects every once in a while.

I am searching for a chill quiet flat that respects the space of those who are living in it, especially shared spaces. I am cool with socializing with flatmates but I also enjoy my time alone. Mainly searching for a place that’s not a party house. I have a bit of flexibility to move at the moment and am mainly on here in case my current living situation does not shift (ie a safety net). I just moved into a flat in which the dynamics shifted quickly as a flatmate moved out that I was not notified of when signing my lease. I searched for a specific dynamic and had I known this would happen it is likely I would have chosen differently. My main goal is to have a dynamic that will be more long term and stable.
