Looking for Room/studio in Hatfield

Hi,

I am an MSc Theoretical Physics student 📚 at the University of Hertfordshire (College Lane Campus) looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to rent in Hatfield or the surrounding areas.

I am a quiet, respectful and tidy person with a fairly simple lifestyle. Most of my time is spent studying at home, working in the library, attending university, or going to the gym. I am a non-smoker, do not drink alcohol, and I am not someone who hosts parties or has a busy social life (typical physicist 😁)

I drive, so parking would be highly desirable 🚗 .
I do not have any pets, although I don’t have problem living in a household with pets 🐶 .

I am looking for a friendly and respectful household with:

• Reliable Wi-Fi
• Parking preferred
• A clean and peaceful environment

I take good care of where I live and always keep shared spaces clean and organised 🧹. I can provide references if required.
