Hi - I’m Paul.

Location flexible: open to all South of England.

Chartered Engineer. Grew up in Norfolk. Lived and worked in Newcastle for the last 20 years (that’s where my house is). Moving south to be near kite surfing spots and warmer weather.

Ideally I would like a large room and a desk, or annex/studio. I really value a good quality house with a quiet and sociable vibe. Preference towards sharing with the owners because I take pride in keeping my home clean and tidy. Equally, 1-2 down-to-earth housemates would be perfect.

For the last year I have been house sitting and moving every month or so. Great fun, but I need to be static for a while, have a regular gym and settle into the community. My time is divided between contract engineering and learning to code.

On an evening I enjoy watching a good movie. I eat a healthy diet and enjoy cooking; parallel to uni (a long time ago) I worked as a chef so happy sharing meals and chatting over dinner. Likewise, I can easily tuck myself away reading a book or getting my daily hit of YouTube, happy with my own company.
