I’m a recent graduate looking to move to Leeds for a graduate job as an Actuary in the City Centre.

I’m looking for 1 or 2 flatmates to rent with, within walking distance to Wellington Place. Preferably searching for a modern flat with en-suites such as the Junction, Mustard Wharf etc. but open to other options.

My move in date is flexible but must be before 4/9/26. My budget is flexible for the right place.

I’m very clean and tidy and would love to make the flat very homely and cosy.

I respect people’s spaces but also sociable so I’m always down for a pub trip, nice walk, tv/movie night or cooking together.

I love cooking and baking and I’m excited to explore Leeds’ food and drink scene.
