Friendly and polite Erasmus student

I'm Lucía Becerra, a 20-year-old student who comes from Seville (Spain) to study at the University of Hertfordshire.

I'm used to sharing a room so it's not a problem for me to share a flat. People say I'm a good flatmate since I'm a friendly and tidy person.

I also appreciate accommodations for non-smokers (I don't smoke).

Even though I'm an exchange student, I highly prioritize my studies, so the flatmates wouldn't find me a noisy or party person. I offer to do Spanish workshops :)

I will fit into the convivence norms and house chores.

Also, if you're thinking about the communication, I know us Spanish people are known for not being the best at English. But I promise my English is nice, so it wouldn't be a problem for interacting with the flatmates.
