My current flatmate is moving out of our flat, and our tenancy ends on 30 June.
I’m looking for someone to take their room as part of renewing the tenancy (£700 pcm near Salford quays) :)
The flat has a shared kitchen/living area, and you’ll have your own separate bathroom (not en-suite).
I’m looking for a professional who’s tidy, respectful, and easy to live with — ideally someone I could also be friends with!
The building is directly opposite Exchange Quay tram stop, so it’s super convenient for getting into town.
