22yr girl looking for a room

Hello ☺️ My name is Lisha, and I have been living in Australia for the past three years. I’m originally from Bristol but grew up in Cwmbrân. As my visa in Australia is coming to an end, I am now looking to relocate back to Wales.

Over the past few years, I have lived in several share houses and am currently privately renting my own unit. I am a quiet, clean and respectful tenant who generally keeps to myself but I am always up for a chat! 😃
I am not a student and I will be working full time.

I have always paid my rent on time and have a strong private rental history within Australia as I lived with my parents before leaving wales. I also have substantial savings which I would be more than happy to provide evidence of for additional peace of mind.
As I am still currently in Australia and would be wanting the tenancy secured for when I arrive, I cannot do an in person view of the room but would be more than happy to do a video call to see and meet you too!
