Hi! I'm John. I'm arriving in London on July 28th, 2026. I accepted a job offer to be a trader at a firm headquartered here. I just graduated from the University of Chicago with a BS & MS in Mathematics & Financial Mathematics.
I am looking for a single or double room. I am willing and ready to move in right after an initial viewing and have a budget of £1,500 pcm (willing to go a bit above if its worth it though, absolute max is £2000 pcm).
I'm open to sharing a flat with males and/or females of any age. I do smoke cigarettes, but I don't do so inside. My long-term girlfriend (Zarah) is studying abroad in London from January to May 2027. She'll be primarily staying in dorm accommodations, but will be spending nights with me often. We're both happy to cook and clean, we are both easy-going, and have a shared love of live music (jazz and house especially) as well as museums.
