Looking for a room to rent in Edinburgh

I am 25, and recently moved to Edinburgh to study painting at the Leith school of art, while working part time. I am looking to move into a room in a shared or one-bed apartment.

I am currently living next to the Meadows, and looking to move out of my current flat as it is nice but very small. I am a clean flatmate who values a neat and tidy home, and sociable but also appreciate a cosy night in. Ideally I would like to join a small flat share, sharing with 1 - 3 people, who are respectful and reasonably quiet in the evenings. I am looking for more of a calm and cosy home than a party flat! I love reading, staying active and finding new cafes around Edinburgh. I am looking to move when my course starts in September, but it could be earlier.
