I’m a visual artist and makeup artist relocating from Glasgow to London, and I’m looking for a like-minded, queer-friendly individual to share a home with.

About me:
I’m a clean, reliable, and considerate flatmate. I really value my own space, but I’m also very down for the occasional shared meal, a glass of wine, or a social hang. I already have a lovely network in London, so I won't be under your feet, but I’d love a flat that feels like a warm, shared home rather than just a place to sleep.

The VIP (Very Important Pet):
I come as a package deal with my incredibly cute, 9-year-old long-haired tabby. She is completely house-trained, very lazy, well-behaved, and used to flat living. She mostly just wants to find a sunny spot to nap in!

What I’m looking for:
The Setup: A room in an established shared flat/house, or a 2-bed flat to share with another friend also looking.

Must-have: Access to an outdoor space (garden or courtyard). Ground or first-floor is ideal, as my cat is perfectly happy navigating stairs to get down to the garden for her daily stroll.

Move-in date: 1st August
Budget: £800
Location: Open to ideas, but looking at East/South London.
