Looking for a room in central Exeter!

Hey! My names Hannah and I’m starting work as a doctor in Exeter in July. I’m looking for a room that is commutable to the hospital without a car as I don’t drive.
Im a newbie to the southwest and want to take housing as an opportunity to meet similar people! I enjoy socialising, running, the beach especially a swim, dance, exploring/travelling and frequenting new spots like cafes and pubs. II love to chat in communal spaces but also appreciate the need for solo or quiet time.
I also love having access to leafy green spaces so gardens, patios and proximity to nature is a massive bonus.
I make an effort to look after communal spaces for everyone in the houses wellbeing. Looking forward to finding some potential rooms!! Any messages are very appreciated.
