Seeking Quiet, Relaxed Place to Call Home :)

Hi everyone! My name is Jenni - 39 years old and recently relocated to Brighton! I returned to the UK last year after living in New Zealand for the last 10 years. For work I do a few different things - I make and sell art, host and teach many different creative art workshops for kids and adults, and also provide specialist mentoring and business support to two incredible female business owners.
In my spare time (which is not a lot....but I'm trying to change that!) I love to write (I am currently writing my first novel...a very big work in progress!) and go for long walks in nature to recharge. I also love to swim, and really enjoy savouring that chill time when it comes!
I'm extremely friendly and open-minded, always happy to chat but very respectful of space and privacy. I very much treat home as a place to unwind and relax ( My partying days are definitely behind me ;) ) so I'm looking for a peaceful place, where everyone's on the same page when it comes to that atmosphere/lifestyle match!
I'm super comfortable with pets as well - I've worked as a housesitter for the last 10 years, and still housesit occasionally, so love being around animals :)
