Student looking for affordable accommodation

Hello, my name is Beatrice Cloud and I am looking for affordable accommodation from September to April while I do a full-time CertHE Musical Theatre course with Mountview at the Exeter Phoenix. Accommodation within walking distance of the city centre would be ideal!
A room with a bed is all I need (an ensuite would be nice but not necessary.)Access to a kitchen and bathroom is essential, and a shared living areal would be nice. I am a conscientious person who doesn’t smoke, drink, play loud music, or go to/host crazy parties.
