Room / Buddy-up / Self-contained flat or studio

Working professional looking for a room (including live-in landlord), buddy-up or self-contained flat / studio in Knutsford/Cheshire or commutable parts of Manchester — here's a bit about me and what I'm looking for:

- Furnished
- Parking
- Within reasonable commute of Knutsford (inc. Manchester)
- Move-in around 1st August (flexible for the right place)
- Budget up to £1,200 pcm all inclusive (rent + bills). Open to discussion depending on what's included.

Additional if shared:

- Private bathroom (doesn't matter if it's en-suite or not)
- Bedroom large enough to fit a reasonably-sized desk (see photo). I WFH 3 days a week and I prefer to work from my room so I don't impose on the rest of the household
- Happy with either male or female housemates
- Don't mind pets (I don't have any myself but I like animals)

I'm 33 years old and I work as a Cybersecurity Analyst for Barclays at their Radbroke Technology Centre in Knutsford, where I've been since 2020. Before moving into tech, I studied Law & Criminology and worked in the field for a few years.

I've been renting in the UK since 2012, mostly in shared homes. Most of my previous accommodations were through letting agencies and I'm happy to provide references if required.
