Moving closer to Work

I am 18 years old, currently a lodger in Gainsborough. I have gotten a new Job in tattershall, and I would like to increase my work hours to full time. However I'm unable to do this unless I live closer as I spend 2 hours on unreliable public transport each day I work. I plan to stay near work for more than 3 months. I am open to shared accommodation too :)
