PhD Student looking for housemates/double room

Hi,

I am moving to Southampton to start a PhD at the National Oceanography Centre in September 2026 and am ideally looking for a housemate or two to find a house share with. I would also be open to moving into a room in an already established house share.

I am a sociable housemate and am looking for housemates who would enjoy cooking/eating together, socialising in communal spaces, a spontaneous pop to the pub, and fun weekend activities. Whilst also being respectful of eachothers time and space. I enjoy an occasional night out, but am also very content with a night in or chill trip to the cinema. My hobbies include being outdoors (walking or swimming), doing any crafts, and being active in my local community.

I am a very open, easy-going, clean and tidy housemate and have several years experience living in a range of houseshares.
